Welcome to Sylvana. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Orders and Cancellations
1.1. All orders placed with Sylvana are binding upon confirmation.
1.2. In the event of an order cancellation, 20% of the purchase amount will be retained as processing and administrative fees. This amount is non-refundable.
1.3. Cancellations can only be processed within 24 hours after placing the order, except for custom-made jewelry.
2. Returns Policy
2.1. Due to hygiene reasons, worn jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.
2.2. Products that are damaged or defective upon receipt are eligible for replacement or repair. Customers must contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the item to file a claim.
2.3. Personalized or custom-made jewelry is non-refundable and cannot be canceled after production has started.
3. Warranty
3.1. Sylvana offers a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects.
3.2. The warranty does not cover wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by third-party repairs.
4. Payments
4.1. All prices include VAT.
4.2. Payments must be made through the provided payment methods. Orders will only be processed after payment is received.
5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1. We aim to deliver orders within the specified timeframe. However, Sylvana is not responsible for delays caused by third parties, such as courier services.
5.2. Shipping is at the customer’s risk. Optional insured shipping is available at an additional cost.
6. Liability
6.1. Sylvana is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to products after delivery.
6.2. Customers are responsible for providing accurate address details when placing an order.
7. Privacy Policy
7.1. Your personal data is used solely to process your order and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

8. Force Majeure
Sylvana is not liable for delays or failures to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or governmental actions.

Sylvana reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on our website.
